Village of St. Mary’s

The Village of St. Mary’s, a renovated senior living facility and multi-use development, is located on the beautiful campus of the Sisters of the Most Precious Blood of O’Fallon, in downtown O’Fallon, MO. Recently placed on the National Register of Historic Places, the renovated space maintains many original art and functional features of the Sister’s existing motherhouse.

Phase I of the joint development between the Sisters and McEagle Properties broke ground on February 12, 2009 and focused on the addition and opening of Villa Theresa. The renovation of the buildings was completed in 2010.
