The Inn at Villa Theresa: Independent Living with Services

The Inn at Villa Theresa is comprised of four condominium homes, fully-equipped with cable, internet and an Emergency Medical Alert System. The inn features reserved parking, a personal valet service to assist with daily tasks and a regular housekeeping schedule. Residents receive three hot meals each day, plus, have full access to the Wellness Center and indoor pool.

Villa Theresa Haven: Skilled Nursing, Therapy and Rehab

Villa Theresa Haven features two “neighborhoods” of private rooms, each serviced by a team of skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy specialists. All residents also have a personal care coordinator dedicated to accommodating lifestyle comforts and preferences. Living at Villa Theresa Haven includes three hot meals each day, plus access to the Wellness Center and indoor pool.

Villa Theresa: Independent Apartment Living

Villa Theresa offers 60 independent living apartments with a variety of floor plan size options. Each apartment is equipped with modern amenities, as well as pre-installed cable, internet and an Emergency Medical Alert System. Residents receive three meals each day, plus, have full access to the Wellness Center and indoor pool.
